Performing Arts

The University of Louisiana\Department of Performing Arts presents Good Thing by Jessica Goldberg. Performances are March 24-27 @ 7:30pm and March 28 @ 2:00pm in Burke Theatre in Burke-Hawthorn Hall on the UL campus.

Following outstanding recognition at the Louisiana State Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KC/ACTF) held in New Orleans the Department of Performing Arts is very proud to announce that it's production of Noises Off was selected as an example of high excellence in theatre production and will go on to represent the University in competition at the 42nd annual KC/ACTF Region VI Festival.

November 18-21, the Department of Performing Arts represented UL Lafayette and performed it’s production of Noises Off at the Louisiana State Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KC/ACTF) held in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The University of Louisiana Performing Arts Department will present State of LA Danse October 8-10 @ 7:30pm and 11th @ 2pm in Angelle Hall on the UL Campus.

Randall has been selected as the outstanding graduate for the Spring 2009 from the College of the Arts. Randall is graduating with a degree in performing arts with a dance concentration.

The UL Department of Performing Arts presents An Evening of Dance April 2 - 4, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. and April 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. All performances will be at the Ducrest-Gilfry Auditorium at Angelle Hall on the UL campus.

The University of Louisiana Department of Performing Arts presents Five Women Wearing The Same Dress, a comedy by Alan Ball. Performances are March 4-7 @ 7:30pm and March 8 @ 2:00pm in Fletcher Hall, room 134 on the Louisiana campus.
