UL's Yanick Mandl led the Ragin' Cajuns men's tennis team with a 16-10 record this past season and was reward with Second Team All-Louisiana honors as announced by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association this weekend.

The team was based on nominations submitted by the sports information directors of the tennis playing schools in the state.

Playing primarily from the no. 2 spot, Mandl went 10-8 in dual matches and won his last four contests. As the no. 2 player, he recorded a 7-3 record and was nearly unbeatable at home with a 6-1 record.

In doubles action with teammate Brandon Fairne, the duo led the squad with 12 wins.
